Deadpool 2 releases IMAX video

In a amusing video posted to Hugh Jackman's Twitter account on Friday, Hugh is trying to record a birthday message for a friend when he's interrupted by a singing Ryan Reynolds dressed as his character Deadpool. Deadpool continues to interrupt his message by singing a few familiar songs, including Baha Men's "Who Let The Dogs Out".

Hugh Jackman wrote, "When you're trying to record a heartfelt birthday message. but are interrupted by the least greatest showman". Jackman-as-Wolverine is totally going to pop up at some point in Deadpool 2. But that version of the character was widely criticized and the movie was panned, until Reynolds brought the character back in the X-Men universe's first R-rated film. But not long enough before the red-costumed superhero started singing "Tomorrow" from the film "Annie". And for some reason he's lying in Jackman's bed. Deadpool 2 is considered the second event title of the summer after this weekend's Avengers: Infinity War which many believe will deliver an all-time record opening, potentially beating Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($247.9M).

Hugh Jackman took to social media to wish someone a happy birthday and apologize for not being with them.

Jackman clearly enjoys hanging out with Ryan Reynolds/Deadpool, but is it all just for laughs or is something bigger afoot?

Deadpool and Wolverine are finally together.

"Deadpool 2" will be released in theatres in May. Other Broadway credits include The River and Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway. We know Jackman has been Wolverine before, even if he's done with the character now.

Personally, I still have hope that Reynolds will one day manage to convince the Aussie movie star to return to the role.

Although Reynolds has championed the idea of a Wolverine/Deadpool team-up, Jackman seemingly dashed those hopes previous year, insisting Logan is his farewell to the role.
