After 35 Years Abba Is Making Music Again!

On Instagram-page of the group released a statement, which said about recording two songs for the project in which they will perform holographic version Faltskog Agnetha, Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Ulvaeus Bjorn and benny Andersson. It was like time stopped and we just returned from a short vacation. "An extremely joyful experience!" they said in a statement. The band has recorded two songs ready to release, one of which I Still Have Faith In You, will be performed by them on NBC and BBC shows in United States and United Kingdom respectively in December. "We may have come of age, but the song is new", ABBA continued, signing off from Stockholm. "And it feels good", they wrote.

Agnetha Fältskog, Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, better known as Abba, are back in the studio to record new music together.

Details about the release date for their new songs have not been released yet.

Although Abba split in 1982 after ten years, they retain legions of fans, thanks to their songs being constantly on the radio and the success of Mamma Mia, a stage musical featuring their hits that has spawned two films.

The group have racked up 400 million record sales internationally.

Palm said he was stunned by Friday's announcement. But ABBA is perhaps the first major music group to tour the world in a digital form.

Mamma Mia! ABBA is getting the band back together.

According to Rolling Stone, ABBA teamed up with American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance creator Simon Fuller to develop hologram avatars of the band that will be utilized during the upcoming tour.

They first found global fame after winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 with Waterloo.

Mamma Mia! is a 1999 Broadway musical that was made into a movie in 2008, with a sequel coming out this summer.
