Is this the moment the royal rift between Kate and Meghan began?

The 36-year-old royal is excited that her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Prince Harry are expecting their first child together and she's looking forward to seeing the tot play with her and husband Prince William's three children, Prince George, five, Princess Charlotte, three, and seven-month-old Prince Louis. When asked by a fan if she was excited about Meghan's pregnancy, as seen in a video the asker shared on Instagram, the Duchess of Cambridge said, "Absolutely. I think the two women got on - they are definitely not best friends, but it was a really special time for them all to spend together".

If you're anything of a royal admirer, you'll probably be across Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (AKA Meghan Markle) and Prince Harry's move from Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.

She said: "It's such a special time to have all the kiddies and a cousin for George and Charlotte as well, and Louis".

Princess Diana's former protection officer, Ken Wharfe, also explained the expenses in transforming the grade II-listed Frogmore Cottage before Prince Harry and Markle's move there next year. And Louis is getting bigger.

Since November 2010, when Kate Middleton joined the Royal Family with her engagement to Prince William, there has been endless speculation about how non-royals fit into the firm's dynamic.

'They had a bit of a fall out which was only resolved when Charles stepped in and asked William to make an effort.

A source told The Daily Mail, "They don't really get on".

Meanwhile, palace insiders have pointed to tensions between Harry and William before May's lavish wedding.

However, body language expert Judi James has now suggested that the "first signs" of a royal rift between Meghan and Kate actually began months ago.

Kate Middleton and Prince Harry were known for having private jokes between them, however, that has faded now that Meghan is in the picture.

The house is a gift from the Queen, and it is now five separate apartments with ten bedrooms, so it will require extensive renovation before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can move in.
