Dana White: 'Jon Jones Did Not Do Anything Wrong'

That could be because they'll be trying to make a Jones-Cormier rematch a reality - even though neither fighter has indicated they're interested in trying that matchup again - before Cormier retires or what, but they want this fight to happen on the December 29 card and will make that happen by moving the entire card to L.A. "U can be on rocket fuel, I'm still gonna finish u Jon".

Due to the low levels of the steroid found in Jones" system, the United States Anti-Doping Agency deemed that he "obtained no performance enhancement'.

Nevada State Athletic Commission executive Bob Bennett said Jones was allowed to withdraw his application for a fight license in Nevada after commission Chairman Anthony Marnell III said he wanted to postpone the fight until after a January hearing about Jones' recent doping tests.

Breckenridge said in a statement that AXS.com planned refunds at original points of purchase for buyers of tickets to the Las Vegas event.

But it's also been brutal for those fans who booked trips to Vegas for the huge, year-end UFC event that has two awesome title fights.

Dana White announced the move on Sunday, and the reason for the move is an issue with getting Jones a license from the Nevada State Athletic Commission, per ESPN. It's tough to get Jon Jones. "They should fight. It's the right thing to do".

Along with Jones vs. Gustafsson, UFC 232 will also feature Cris Cyborg (20-1) vs. Amanda Nunes (16-4) and Carlos Condit (30-12) vs. Michael Chiesa (14-4). I have willingly submitted to every USADA test in the lead up to this fight and USADA has confirmed what I've been saying all along, that I'm a clean athlete. The test showed trace amounts of the long-term M3 metabolite which Jones tested positive for back in July of 2017. That made him the first UFC fighter in history to be stripped of his title twice.

UFC 232 takes place Saturday at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., and airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass. It is the same drug that Jones was sanctioned over after testing positive in July past year, copping a 15-month ban.

A urine sample on December 9 found an abnormal level of the steroid turinabol, which Jones failed a test for in 2017 after beating Daniel Cormier by knock-out.
