James Harden Maybe the 'Best Offensive Player of All Time — Rockets GM

If you missed Thursday night's thriller between two of the top teams in the West, the Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors, you missed two memorable plays - one by NBA MVP James Harden that won the game, and one by NBA officials that almost gave the game to Golden State. Still, the thing that fans will remember about this game was the triple that Harden canned with one second remaining in overtime to seal the win.

In the closing stages of arguably the biggest game of the year, James Harden hit one of the most hard shots you'll ever see, avoiding the clutches of Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, two of the best defenders the league has to offer.

Tonight, the Warriors threw away a game in which they led the Houston Rockets by 20 points.

Steph Curry led the Warriors with 35 points, shooting 14-of-27 from the field, and Durant and Thompson each added 26. Stephen Curry admitted that the Warriors handed the Rockets the game, saying afterwards, "For sure".

Harden surpassed 40 points for the fifth straight game as he finished with 44, in addition to 15 assists and 10 rebounds. Harden, however, had one more improbable, acrobatic moment still in him. Including his 50-point game against the Lakers on 13 December Harden has scored at least 30 in 11 straight.

It's not just the numbers, Harden is also making huge plays.
