Grammys 2019: BTS Will Reportedly Present, But Not Perform

It was not revealed which award exactly BTS will be presenting nor is there confirmation if the K-pop group will get to perform "Fake Love" from their nominated album or another single during the ceremony.

The band are up for the Best Recording Package for their album Love Yourself: Tear, alongside fellow nominees including St Vincent and Foxhole. Their time on stage as presenters is further recognition for the global superstars.

BTS - composed of leader RM and members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook - will be presenting an award at Grammys 2019 this Sunday, Variety has confirmed. If you have a cable subscription, you can also livestream the awards show using the CBS All Access app.

The Recording Academy will also pay a special tribute to eight-time Grammy victor and 2019 MusiCares Person of the Year Dolly Parton, who will perform at the show for the first time since 2001.

As soon as BTS's attendance on Grammys has been reported, the hashtag "BTXxGRAMMYS" began to trending worldwide.

Who's Performing? Many of this year's musical acts will be making their debut on the GRAMMYs stage, including Brandi Carlile, Camila Cabello, Dan + Shay, H.E.R. and Shawn Mendes, along with fellow nominees Cardi B, Post Malone (with the Red Hot Chili Peppers), Janelle Monáe and Kacey Musgraves.

Kendrick Lamar leads the pack with eight total nominations, followed by Drake with seven.

The 61st Annual Grammy Awards to be hosted by Alicia Keys will happen on February 10, 2019.
